We offer our own development programmes for support staff, middle leader and senior leaders.
A combination of leadership theory, scenarios, guest speakers and opportunities for self-reflection is delivered by experienced facilitators who support and challenge participants to think about the ‘why?’ behind decision making as well as the impact.
Broken into modules: Raising Aspirations; Curriculum; Pastoral; participants are encouraged to critically think about key readings and national agendas within our own context.
