The middle leadership programme tackles issues and change management at middle leadership level. A focus on the importance of ‘team’ and how to build, support and challenge that team is central to the course.
Participants have the opportunity to put theory into practice through experiencing difficult conversations and reflecting upon their impact. A session with a successful middle leader is included in the programme where they share their leadership journey so far.
