The senior leadership programme tackles issues and change management at whole school level. Participants discuss mitigating risks and succession planning, as well as having time to delve into national and local educational agendas. Opportunities to self-reflect on their own ‘why’ in preparation for senior leadership is also encouraged. Finally, participants experience interview style scenarios led by Headteachers, who share their experiences with colleagues.
